4. Payment and Renewal

All payments are processed via USDT, PayPal, or accepted vouchers. Numbers are leased for the duration you select. Auto-renewal can be enabled or disabled at any time from your dashboard.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of purchase. Numbers that have received SMS or been activated are generally not eligible for refund. Contact support for specific situations.

6. Service Availability

2. Number Selection

Our website provides users with the option to select a number from the list of available virtual numbers. This feature is especially suitable for users who require specific numbers for commercial or business purposes.

3. Number Renewal

The virtual number remains active only for the duration of its valid subscription period. Failure to renew the service before the expiration date will result in automatic deactivation of the number without further notice.

4. SMS Capability and Call Forwarding Restrictions (Estonia Numbers)

Estonia virtual numbers are SMS receive-only numbers and do not support outgoing SMS functionality. However, incoming voice calls to Estonia numbers can be forwarded to numbers in other countries, except for the following restricted destinations: Iran, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and other sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions as applicable under international regulations.

All virtual numbers from countries other than Estonia support access to a dedicated calling application. Through this application, users can place and receive voice calls at competitive rates and also send SMS messages where supported by the destination network and regulatory conditions.

6. United States SMS Policy and Verification Requirement

Due to anti-fraud and anti-phishing regulations, sending SMS messages to United States numbers is restricted from many international destinations. Users who wish to send SMS messages to US numbers are required to complete a verification process. This includes a one-time verification fee of 30 USD and a monthly maintenance fee of 30 USD to keep this feature active.

7. SMS Receiving Charges

Receiving SMS messages on all virtual numbers is free of charge, except for United States numbers. For US virtual numbers, each incoming SMS is charged at 0.10 USD per message.
