1. Service Overview

LastSim provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes and managing communications. By purchasing a number, you agree to use it in accordance with applicable laws and these terms.

2. Permitted Use

• Verify accounts on third-party services
• Receive SMS and voice communications
• Maintain privacy in online interactions
• Conduct legitimate business operations

3. Prohibited Use

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Impersonation or identity theft
• Bypassing security measures of services that explicitly prohibit virtual numbers

4. Payment and Renewal

All payments are processed via USDT, PayPal, or accepted vouchers. Numbers are leased for the duration you select. Auto-renewal can be enabled or disabled at any time from your dashboard.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of purchase. Numbers that have received SMS or been activated are generally not eligible for refund. Contact support for specific situations.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5%+ uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service outages beyond our reasonable control, including upstream provider issues.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Funds in your wallet are non-refundable in cases of terms violation.

3. SMS and Call Data

Incoming SMS messages are forwarded to your Telegram in real time. We do not read, analyze, or permanently store message content. Call audio is routed as a Telegram voice message and not retained on our servers after delivery.
